Price Promotion Terms and Conditions

You may be offered discounted products by Checkatrade (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these Offer Terms and Conditions.

 

  • Validity Period: The Offer is open for acceptance for the validity period stated by Checkatrade at the time of making the Offer.
  • Discount: The discount applies only to the products included in the Offer.
  • Offer Duration: The discount will only apply for the duration set out in the Offer.
  • Acceptance: Should you indicate your wish to accept the Offer when you apply for Checkatrade products and you meet the conditions, the Offer will be automatically applied.
  • General:
    • Offer periods are not trial periods.
    • The Offer is personal to the recipient and is not transferable to any other person or company.
    • In order to qualify for the Offer, you are required to have an active Direct Debit with Checkatrade.
    • The Offer is subject to your compliance with Checkatrade Terms and Conditions for Tradespeople here (the “Agreement”). If you fail to comply with the Agreement after receipt of the discount and your Agreement is terminated, Checkatrade may (at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its other rights and remedies under the Agreement) require you to pay the full amount for the applicable products to Checkatrade for those months.
    • Where a word has a capital letter it will have the meaning defined in these Offer Terms and Conditions. Where the meaning it not defined in these Offer Terms and Conditions, the word will have the meaning as set out in the Agreement.
    • The Offer is not exclusive and may be available in addition to any other Checkatrade offers and promotions.
    • A waiver of any right or remedy under the Offer Terms and Conditions or by law shall not be deemed a waiver of any other or subsequent right or remedy.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: a) Checkatrade’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Offer Terms and Conditions whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in be limited to the value of the discount you are offered; and b) Checkatrade shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, sales or business, or any indirect or consequential losses.
