Offer Terms and Conditions

1. What is the Offer?

Any tradesperson who:

applies for a Checkatrade Fixed Plan product; and
meets the Eligibility Criteria detailed below,

between 1st May 2025 and 31st May 2025 (inclusive), will be entitled to 100% off their first month of a 12 month Checkatrade membership (excluding VAT) (“Offer”).

The tradesperson may also be eligible for 100% off the second month of their 12 month Checkatrade membership (excluding VAT) if they meet the Eligibility Criteria and select Builder, Carpenter or Plumber as their primary trade category at the time of sign up (“Booster”).

This Offer and Booster is subject to these terms and conditions.

2. What are the Eligibility Criteria?

To be eligible for the Offer, the tradesperson must have:

signed up to a Fixed Plan product in a specified postcode area and trade category as listed in Section 3; and

have an active Direct Debit with Checkatrade,

(together these are the “Eligibility Criteria”).

4. Is there anything else I need to know?

The Offer and Booster is personal to the recipient and is not transferable to any other person or third party.

The Offer and Booster is exclusive and is not available in addition to any other Checkatrade discount offers and promotions.

This Offer and Booster is subject to compliance with the Checkatrade Terms and Conditions for Tradespeople, including the Product Terms – Payment Services (the “Agreement”). If the tradesperson fails to comply with the Agreement prior to receipt of the Offer and Booster, Checkatrade reserves the right to withdraw the Offer and Booster. If the tradesperson fails to comply with the Agreement after receipt of the Offer and Booster, Checkatrade may (at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its other rights and remedies under the Agreement) require that tradesperson to reimburse the cost of the Offer and Booster.

Where a word has a capital letter it will have the meaning defined in these Offer Terms and Conditions, or the Agreement (as applicable).

This Offer and Booster may be changed or withdrawn by Checkatrade at any time. Checkatrade reserves the right to substitute the Offer with another Offer of equal or greater value if the Offer and Booster is not available or cannot be provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: a) Checkatrade’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these Offer Terms and Conditions whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in be limited to the value of the discount you are offered; and b) Checkatrade shall not be liable for any loss of profits, sales or business, or any indirect or consequential losses.
